Acceptance

By creating an account, publishing a tattoo request, signing in, or using VNTattoo, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

VNTattoo is not intended for children. You may use the service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and, where required, have parent or guardian consent. Tattoo services may be subject to age, health, safety, and consent requirements set by studios and applicable law.

What VNTattoo provides

VNTattoo is an informational directory and request platform. We help users discover studios, view artworks and reviews, save listings, publish tattoo requests, and receive private offers from studios.

No studio endorsement

We do not own, operate, certify, endorse, or guarantee any studio, artist, review, artwork, price, availability, hygiene practice, external link, or offer. You are responsible for verifying information directly with the studio before booking, paying, or receiving services.

Public listing information

Some listings may be based on public professional or business information. Listed studios, artists, or authorized representatives may contact us to claim, correct, update, or request removal of eligible listing information.

User content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including text, images, reviews, tattoo requests, and offer messages. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and must not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, private, infringing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, self-harm, spam, malware, or otherwise unsafe material. Do not upload images of another person unless you have permission.

Tattoo requests and offers

Tattoo requests are inquiries, not confirmed bookings. Studio proposals are messages from third-party studios and may change. Payments, deposits, appointments, tattoo services, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between users and studios unless VNTattoo explicitly states otherwise.

Health and safety

VNTattoo does not provide medical, hygiene, safety, allergy, aftercare, pricing, or professional tattoo advice. Tattooing can involve pain, allergic reactions, infection, scarring, regret, and other risks. Discuss health, safety, age, consent, aftercare, and suitability questions directly with qualified professionals and the studio before proceeding.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. We may use email verification, rate limits, device cookies, guest access tokens, moderation, and anti-abuse controls to protect the service. You may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting us, subject to retention needed for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, and abuse prevention.

AI and automated summaries

Review summaries, evidence snippets, feature extraction, rankings, and similar outputs may be generated or assisted by automated systems including OpenAI. These outputs are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Moderation

We may edit, hide, reject, remove, preserve, or report content when we believe it is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, spam, infringing, or harmful to users, studios, third parties, or the service. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VNTattoo is not liable for tattoo services, studio conduct, user content, third-party listings, public-source data, missed appointments, payments, physical injury, allergic reactions, infections, dissatisfaction with work, or other disputes between users and studios.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
