I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. I spent the entire day in the studio, from opening until closing, with two artists tattooing me at the same time, and the whole experience was fantastic. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out. A special mention to Chris, the owner, who’s a fellow Aussie. He was great to chat to throughout the day and had some awesome ideas for the placement of my tattoos that really improved the overall design. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you leave with the best possible result. The studio was professional, clean, and had a great atmosphere. Despite the long session, the team made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for high-quality tattoos in Da Nang, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Vietnam.

Had my 8 hours chest piece done here and have to say I have a few tattoos over the year but this is the best parlour I have used The artist took absolute pride and precision in the work, the owner and all the staff made you feel welcome and at ease! The work is absolute brilliant, and was a real nice surprise is great after care aswell The prices might seem abit more that other places nearby, but end of the day a tattoo is for the rest of your life and you absolutely get what you pay for Overall fantastic place and team would highly recommend

My wife and I went to Lantern & Moth while on our holiday to Vietnam. From first walking in and seeing the spotless studio, chatting with the awesome assistant (who speaks great English) about what we wanted done, getting our quotes (very reasonable) instantly and booking in for 3 days later. Our artists Eric & Lika did awesome jobs on my forearm and my wife’s 3 fineline pieces. Eric has done a great job with the shading and detail on my tattoo and my wife is very happy with the 3 pieces completed by Lika. Highly recommend this studio.

I was a walk in customer, the staff was professional from start to finish from me bringing a design I had already picked out all the way to the end informing me about the aftercare, even helped me with the size of the shirt that I snagged on the way out as well! The shop is clean and I felt like I was in safe hands the entire time. I highly recommend visiting this shop in Da Nang if you are planning on getting a tattoo!

Very personable from first contact. Kelly was very Professional guiding me through the process and was always available when a question arose . Kelly is a fantastic face of the operation . Eric the tattoo artist took my image and quite literally made it com to life . It was a realism tattoo and frankly it springs to life from my forearm . I told him I couldn’t be more pleased with his work and attention to detail . He is truly a credit to his business !

Could not recommend this tattoo shop enough. I came in with a reference photo and Dee had stayed up till 2am designing it. I am so happy with the design and so happy with the service, Dee is a great artist, this is the best ink on my skin. He’s very precise, and knows exactly what to do. this place was excellent!!! Lika designed and completed my tattoo and it turned out just how I wanted. The owner of the shop also helped with the vision and the placement- you could tell that they both really cared about the quality and actual artwork of the piece which I really appreciated. They were both super friendly and pleasant to chat with throughout. The place itself was very clean and sterile, and they also provided me with great after care to take with me, which is not something anywhere else has done throughout my tattoo experiences while traveling, which is just a testament to how they care and go above and beyond! Got a small lantern tattooed today and I am sooo happy with how it looks 😍 the studio is very clean and the staff are all so polite and helpful. Got a nice aftercare package for my tattoo which also included some stickers, which I thought was a great touch. Special thanks to my artist Lika for creating my tattoo exactly how I had it in mind. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the staff from chris the owner who is from Australia, to Kelly who helps you through the process of deciding what you want.after that you are moved over to the artist Eric and his skill level and attention to detail is amazing, during which they offer you something to drink ,coffee or water and then it starts his skill and attention to detail is so intricate and nothing is missing, after a break they offer you lunch and back to it.you get to see true art unfold before your very eyes,every aspect of this was such a wonderful experience i shall never forget this shop and the staff here in danang Vietnam, so seriously if you are looking for artwork to bring home stop in and let the wonderful people of this shop give you a memory that you will look back upon with a smile not only in artwork but knowing that a true artist has created a memory for you

I went to lantern and moth on 30/03/26 and got an upper sleeve and cover up done. The original tattoo I asked for, Chris texted me beforehand and said it's a hard one and may still see some of the old tattoo. I was asked the day before to go in and have a look at the design they came up with and absolutely loved it. The moment my wife and I walked in on the day we were treated like royalty by both Kelly and Eric who tattooed me. We were overwhelmed by how comfortable they made us feel. We showed photos of crocodiles we encountered in Cairns with Kelly. She was amazed. My wife also stayed with me for the 7-8 hours and Kelly went to the trouble of checking in on my wife and showing her where to best get food. My whole experience was exceptional and Eric is an absolute genius as to what he can tattoo. We are definitely coming back in 12 months and will definitely be getting more ink done. I highly recommend lantern and moth. Keep up the great work Chris and all the team.

I couldn’t imagine a better experience for my first tattoo! Walking in with my friend, it was bright, clean and full of good vibes. Kelly greeted us immediately and was a pleasure to talk to as we discussed our tattoo ideas. We got to speak to the owner Chris and he had some good suggestions on how to tweak the designs to fit what we were really aiming for. The artists then knocked it out of the park! I am beyond pleased - Alex’s final product was better than I had hoped for! Kelly then gave us detailed after-care instructions and made us feel like we were in good hands. As soon as I take the “second-skin” off, I’ll update the review with a photo. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to add some art to their bodies!

Really disappointed with the experience at Lantern and Moth. Communicated really well with the receptionist about what I was after and had sketches and references included. The design was 90% completed. The artist disregarded what I wanted entirely and simply copy and pasted a design that looked entirely different. After spending time going back and forth with no change, I decided against going with them. They kept the 2 million VND deposit and completely wasted my time. I would not recommend.
