the booking was fuss free and easy! very accomodating as well. when i reached the studio, they were v patient and edit the designs based on what i want! the whole tattoo process was v seamless and the artist was very skillful! love how the pieces turned out! definitely recommend this studio and will come back for more in the future!!!

Good vibes all around I’m so happy with my first tattoo! I was expecting it to be really painful, but my tattoo artist did such an amazing job. Superb experience! We came to get a tattoo as a couple (1 tattoo each) All the staff were very attentive and listened to our wishes. We wanted to test several positions for our tattoo and we used 4 stencils each. The staff members remained very pleasant while other tattoo artists could have lost patience. The tattoos requested are in line with our ideas. Several different styles have been printed for my girlfriend so that she makes sure she has the tattoo that suits her best. Our two tattoo artists were very meticulous and the lines are really fine and detailed. We greatly appreciate the result.

The experience here was great! The staff are friendly and really try to understand your vision and style for the tattoo as well as matching it to your “vibe” and aesthetic! We had a 3ish hour consultation where she would draw up new designs after talking for a bit and continues to tweak it though out. As an English speaker it was still a seamless experience having a translator staff on hand really helped with the process :) The staff are very talented and is great at what they do! - the healing experience has also been very smooth (currently 2 days after the tattoo and there’s no stinging or discomfort)

i booked an appointment with baduc (@baduc.ink on instagram — detail orientated artist 😄) via whatsapp! the studio was clean and i felt very comfortable in there :-) during the consultation for placement, another staff (fluent in english too) aiding was so patient and sweet even when i was taking some time to decide. overall, i would definitely come back the next time to get a souvenir tattoo!

I booked through their Instagram page, and the process was quick and easy. They took plenty of time to make sure the design and placement were exactly how I wanted them, and I never felt rushed. I wanted to get a tattoo in honor of my cat who passed away and this studio was the perfect place to do it! Their work is very clean and they are very talented people. I had a great experience at Normal tattoo studio. My tattoo artist Eti really took the time to design the motif after my wishes and consulted me well. It was also reassuring that additionally they had fluent English speaking staff, so that the communication was super clear. The studio is very clean and the atmosphere is really nice and chill. The tattoo turned out so pretty, the lines are very clean and it’s super detailed. I‘m very happy with the result. It’s the best souvenir from HCMC/Vietnam that you can get!

We had an amazing experience with Normal Tattoo! The space is clean and comfortable and all the staff are very kind and helpful. We sent our ideas and availability via Instagram and they were able to find us a spot within two days of our inquiry. On the day of the appointment they showed us some potential designs and we worked together to choose our favourites. There was also a translator present if we needed it. We are super happy with our new tattoos! Our artist was Eti — his line work is some of the cleanest I’ve seen. The tattoos came out beautifully and worked out to be about $350USD for both. Since we had two people getting tattoos, we were in the studio from 10am to 7pm. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time! They let us order lunch to the studio and offered pillows and blankets while I was waiting for my sister’s to be done. Overall, a lovely experience! Will definitely be back next time we’re in Ho Chi Minh.

I found Baduk on Instagram and she recommended me to Eti who did AMAZING on my tattoo. Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. Eti was so patient with creating my design especially the little details. I was also really indecisive on how to incorporate my original tattoo but he helped me with the placement and through every single step without making me feel bad for taking so long to decide. I let him know areas where I was more scared of the pain so he would work in sections and he was very light handed so it was manageable. Definitely my favorite tattoo now to honor my Vietnamese heritage. Thank you Eti and the Normal Tattoo Studio team for making my experience amazing. I’m super happy with my tattoo and the whole experience at this studio! The place is beautiful, very clean, and clearly maintains high hygiene standards. The artists are incredibly talented, and I really loved how they worked together as a team, constantly communicating and making sure everything was just right. They gave me plenty of time to think about the placement and were very patient when I wanted to adjust it until it felt perfect. The final result is absolutely stunning. So fine, detailed, and exactly how I imagined it. What impressed me even more was their dedication: even after we were basically done, they took the time to set everything up again and add a small extra detail I decided on at the last minute. Not because they missed anything, but simply because I changed my mind—and they were still super kind and accommodating. Communication was great throughout, and the whole experience felt professional, relaxed, and really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this studio! So happy with my forever souvenir from Vietnam :)
