I would definitely recommend them. It was a very cool studio and the tattoo artist was very helpful. Recommended me various different position for the tattoo and the size of the tattoo according to my liking. The vibes of the studio was just very cool and welcoming.

Amazing service, great artists

I had my nose piercing changed from a stud to a ring here and had a terrible experience. The people in the reception area were really nice and friendly, but the piercer was super rude, only clean the piercing because I asked and didn't clean the area around the piercing before or after changing, the whole thing felt rushed even though the place was empty. 2 weeks after it and my nose never healed, it keeps creating really red bumps, I had to go to a more knowledgeable piercer to fix the mistake and remove the ring. It might be a good place for tattoos but I don't recommend getting pierced here.

Great studio, really recommend from every aspect!

Best costumer service and results I’ve ever had at a tattoo studio. Had a 5 hour session and even got a complimentary lunch (delicious) and aftercare products with detailed aftercare instructions. Will definitely be back to finish off my back! 🏳️‍🌈 friendly too 🥳 Thanks guys 🙏🏻

My husband had been thinking about getting his first tattoo, but was unsure of what to get, and nervous about the outcome. He knew he wanted it done in Hanoi and convinced me to get my first as well. Being Canadian, we both chose our national symbol, the maple leaf. He did a little research online and picked SilverAnt based on the amazing reviews and the fabulous photos on their website. The staff were very welcoming, and very patient with our nerves and questions, and put our minds at ease. We both had Rita as our artist and she did amazing work that we are both super happy about. He got a larger maple leaf on his tricep, and I got 2 little ones on my ankle to represent my 2 children. We can’t wait to show them! Thank you to the staff at Silver Ant, and to Rita for all of your talent! We highly recommend you!

we booked an appointment 1 month before and already the communication via instagram was super! due to some personal changes they were even so nice to change our date, when we came to the studio all the staff was super friendly and welcomed us, we are super satisfied with the results of our fineline tattoo! would definitely come again and recommend it !

My partner and I decided we wanted to get a tattoo towards the end of our trip in Vietnam. We googled for same day tattoos and Silver Ant came up immediately. I dropped them a message and they got back to me so quickly asking me to come in for a consultation to discuss ideas and show us possibilities and costs etc. Everything was explained so thoroughly that we both decided to book one for two days time as we were off on a cruise. In the meantime they sent over some designs for consideration. They paired us perfectly with artists who specialise in the designs types we were after and they looked after us SO well during the process! It's been one of the absolute highlights of the trip and a great way to wrap it all up. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!!!

I was recently in Hanoi and was looking for a Tatoo studio/artist to execute a concept that I came with for a new tattoo. I found Silver Ant Tattoo online and was pleasantly surprised to experience their trendy studio, which was exceptionally clean and well organized. The staff was extremely helpful in navigating me through the process of selecting an artist to work with. I had the fortune of being assigned TUN. While he didn’t speak English, it was very easy to translate through an app or one of the staff members. I presented my artwork to Tun, he said he would have to modify it somewhat to fall into my price range and also make it technically correct for application. There were multiple changes to be made, but he was extremely cooperative in his efforts to make me happy with the end result. My tattoo is a composition of a snake waves and a lotus flower. It took about four hours to complete. We did take a break for lunch, which was generously provider. Tuna application and expertise created something that I am 100% pleased with. Its artistic creativity which I owe to him and the precision with fine lines and shading all came together to create something absolutely beautiful. I can’t say enough about Tun He is a true professional and creative Tatoo artist. His personality and demeanor made it extremely comfortable for me to sit for the duration. My overall experience is five stars, plus. My Tatoo is exceptional and I am a very Happy Customer.

He showed genuine enthusiasm during the pre-tattoo advice and consultation phase, offering technical insights that proved invaluable for a first-timer. What stood out most was the effort Max put in to ensure I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the design before the needle even touched my skin. He went the extra mile to refine the details, and the entire team ensured that both my wife and I felt comfortable and cared for. At no point did we feel rushed; the atmosphere was professional, patient, and welcoming. The end results are beautiful. My bougainvillea piece and my wife’s duck tattoo are both executed with incredible precision. It was the perfect introduction to tattooing, and I strongly recommend Max to anyone looking for an artist who balances technical skill with exceptional client care

This spot was great. They did my first tattoo. Came in when they opened with a few reference pictures and they had an awesome design that afternoon--didn't need any revisions. My artist was really good and worked fast. Plus they hooked me up with a mango smoothie during the process. Definitely recommend

Had a fantastic experience , the tattoo I received was an extraordinary work of art, it was my first and the entire process was exceptional , the communication was first rate , initially remotely and then instore , if you want to get a tattoo be it your first or add to existing works I cannot recommend this place enough

i came with a friend to do a walk in consultation since their instagram said walk ins welcome. they told us to have a seat and wait - we waited for about 1 hour and nobody really acknowledged us :( the receptionist was busy helping other guests and tattoo artists walked away after they finished. if they didn’t have time to help us, i just wish they’d tell us upfront instead of having us wait. it was a not great experience feeling ignored, so we left quite sad. otherwise the studio looked nice and clean.

One of my plans during this visit was to get a tattoo as a reminder and a source of motivation for myself—to keep growing as I move forward in life. I chose Silver Ant because it’s the place I trusted for my first tattoo back in 2023. I have full confidence in the artist and the entire process from start to finish. I was lucky to be assisted by one of the advisors, Jun. Jun assisted me throughout the process and made communication seamless, even before I arrived in Hanoi. After placing my deposit, my design was completed within two weeks, despite the holiday period. She has a great smile, beautiful eyes, and treated me with kindness, professional and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I completed three tattoo projects in three days. The process was efficient, the technique was excellent, and the overall service was top-notch. My tattoos healed beautifully, and I’ve received many compliments from coworkers since returning from my trip. I would highly recommend Silver Ant to anyone looking for quality work and a great experience. Overall: 8/10

Such a great tattoo studio from start to finish. Clean, spacious and most importantly full of great artists. Visited for the first time 3 years ago and dropped back in today while in Hanoi for a free touch up (thier tattoos have a lifetime warranty which is something I've never seen anywhere else). While here I added more to the tattoo itself with 10% discount for returning. All staff were really helpful, welcoming and accommodating with my requests with great communication. Free aftercare package too which is a nice bonus. I'll be back next time I'm in Vietnam!
